  • The microalgae spirulina is a superfood rich in protein and iron. It is grown and packaged on the farm as sticks or tablets and incorporated into other products using ecological and natural methods.

  • The farm is open to the public every Wednesday from 4 to 6 pm or by appointment.
    Spirulina is also on sale at the Ars-Trévoux Tourist Office.
