Cycling on the Voie Bleue in Parcieux

The Voie Bleue offers 700 km of waterside cycling. An itinerary for the curious, gourmets and lovers of good living and good encounters! At the gateway to Greater Lyon, you can go green by cycling along the Metropole’s cycle lanes along the towpath that used to be used to pull boats. Along the Saône, you’ll cycle for around twenty kilometers in the Ars-Trévoux area, with the Monts d’Or and Beaujolais as a backdrop.

The path, most of which will be resurfaced in spring 2023, is comfortable and safe. With no changes in elevation, it presents no difficulties whatsoever. It is accessible to VTCs and gravels, making it an ideal playground for families.
