  • The cookie factory "Les Gaudélices" makes cookies from the Bresse region with roasted corn flour (gaudes flour). It is also an artisanal bakery, pastry shop and sandwich shop where everything is made on the spot.

  • Proud of his Bresse region, Patrick Bourgeois created in 2011 an artisanal cookie factory on the roundabout of the A40 freeway, exit 7 (Bourg Sud).
    His flagship cookie "La Gaudriole" (which he produces in sweet and savory in several flavors) is made from a local raw material unique in France: gaudes flour, roasted corn flour. Over the years, butter shortbread, tuiles and other soft cookies have been added to the range as well as many other delicacies.
