– Our team will receive your information directly, retrieve the data in the Apidae tourism database and after validation, your event will be online on our calendar, within 24 to 72 hours maximum. What events should be entered? All events open to the public: concerts, shows, village festivals, open houses, exhibitions, training courses, sports events, etc., are excluded.
These do not include: meetings, general assemblies, political events and all festivities internal to an association (a club outing for its members, for example).
Important: please make sure you have the rights to use the visuals before distributing them on the database.
